AC Milan To Play Juventus At the San Siro
History is made
On the 5th October, Italian giants, AC Milan, are set to play their fourth game of the season against Juventus at the San Siro.
In a similar fashion, around this time last year, Juventus had also played their first game in the Allianz Stadium and set the bar extremely high by having 40,000 fans in attendance; a full house.
There were some disappointments last year when the Serie A outfit did not get to play against their fearsome rivals, Inter Milan, with whom they share their ground with. This has been a great experience for the fans at it would have also marked the first Derby Della Madonnina on that ground too.
The San Siro’s capacity is double that of the Allianz, with 80,000 seats being available. If not for the corona-virus pandemic this is something the club certaintly should be trying to fill and it is a shame this milestone cannot be share with those who deeply care about the club.
