Hibernian Midfielder Joins As 8th New Signing
Kristen Reilly has had a positive stint with Scottish club, Hibernian; helping them finish second in the Scottish Women’s Premier League. Also, she was part of the squad which also qualified for the Women’s Champions League for this season.
Tanya Oxtoby has signed a player with the experience of being in a title race and her experience will be pivotal in moving the team up the table. The last season they finished 6th.
In an interview with her new club, Reilly expressed her excitement for the new opportunity, saying:
“I’m really excited to get started here at Bristol City. It’s a big step up from the game in Scotland and it’s a great opportunity for me to become full-time and dream come true to now be a professional footballer,” said Reilly.
“Everyone has been really welcoming and I’ve settled in well, it’s now about working hard in training and earning my opportunity to get on the pitch.
