Australian legends join board
FFA Hall of Fame, Bresciano, who has represented his country 84 times, as well as playing at three World Cups, has been named as a director on the FFA board.
On a similar note, Duggan, who has 27 caps for the Socceroos has been in media since her retirement from football; having prestigious roles at companies such as Fox Sports and she just hosted 2019 Women’s World Cup France for Optus Sport.
In an interview on The Women’s Game, FFA Chairman Chris Nikou was pleased to welcome them.
“Amy and Mark have had stellar football careers and are highly respected members of the football community. My fellow directors and I very much look forward to working with them as we navigate this particularly important time in Australian football.” he said. ”
