Rapinoe’s powerful speech
US Women’s football legend, Megan Rapinoe won the won’s player award against her international compatriot, Alex Morgan; and England & Olympique Lyonnais right back, Lucy Bronze.
The 34 year old’s win of this award has been down to the Golden Ball winner’s performance in this years Women’s World Cup win as she won the competition win her country.
