Dennerby Threatened To Leave
Under the supervision of Swedish manager Thomas Dennerby, the Super Falcons, reached the last 16 of last this year’s FIFA Women’s World Cup, held in France.
Though it is unclear of the reasoning Dennerby’s ambiguous tenure with the club and the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF). It is clear that he will miss the next two games.
Nigeria’s Sport Minister, Sunday Dare did highlight his increasing involvement in the situation via. social media; and Dennerby is expected to have a face to face with him this Sunday to resolve the issues.
