Wildcats Continue To Support Breast Cancer Care

As October is the month for Breast Cancer Awareness, Durham Women’s are going into their second year of supporting the cause and this is something they look to continue for the foreseeable future.

In support of the initiative, the Wildcats’ social media will be pink, whilst also making sure their matchday programme, for their fixture against Crystal Palace, is in pink.

Club captain Sarah Wilson commented on its importance:

It’s important for us to highlight this campaign and use our platform to make as many people aware as possible.

“It’s important for us to raise awareness and talk about this, make more people aware of signs, symptoms, how and when to ask for support or more information.”
